Ultra-Cheap, Ultra-Awesome Netbook

Engadget posted this piece of awesome the other day. $200, plays 720p, 8-hr battery life, runs Ubuntu. I can’t possibly think of a better combination of specs in a netbook. I just had to post this so I can come back and look at the sweetness whenever.

How can it do all this and still keep chugging along for 8 hours? Cause of an even slower (1ghz) but power-efficient cpu architecture than the Atom! They just added a dsp chip (or it’s integrated into the cpu?) to handle the graphics workload. Genius!

It has to be said: I for one welcome our new heterogenious core overloads.
